About Me

KriStix has been gathering a large following and is now a highly sought after events percussionist, playing at prestigious venues both in the UK and abroad.
When your event is in need of something fresh and original, a live percussionist playing alongside your DJ can create an impactful, unforgettable experience for both you and your guests.

She now has amassed over 100,000 followers across social media platforms and was the only percussionist in The Wedding Industry Awards 2024 on her first ever competition entry to reach the Regional Finals in the entirety of the UK.

Dancing since the age of three, her experience moving along to the syncopated rhythms of music have produced the talent of expert timing and intuition. Starting to play full drum kit at the age of twelve is where everything began!

Comfortable with many musical styles and structures, KriStix is an extremely versatile drummer and performer who will bring sophistication, talent and fun with a touch of glamour to any event she attends.

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do you bring?

Totalling more than 100kg, KriStix brings more equipment than the majority of percussions to ensure you get the best and most versatile sound. For Classic KriStix, two congas, rototoms, a snare drum, two cowbells, three cymbals, an LED light show customisable to your colour scheme, microphones (on request), a new sequinned little number for each set and many spare sticks to allow for those surprise breakages so the show can always go on!

What music do you play?

KriStix specialises in house music or anything with a club/dance beat. Please see her extensive but not exclusive playlist for example songs that are guaranteed to get the party going! Requests are welcome and hopefully can be included!

Can you organise extra entertainment?

Yes! KriStix works frequently with saxophonists, DJ’s and sound technicians but has plenty of contacts to other musicians and entertainers!

What areas do you cover?

Everywhere and anywhere! Travel costs and accommodation will have to be taken into consideration depending on the location but whether it’s in a Parisian Chateau or a Maldivian beach, KriStix will come!

Is a sound limiter a problem?

In short, yes. Please check with the venue first as to whether they have one in place. Please be aware that due to the volume and frequency of the drums being acoustic instruments, it is near impossible to turn the volume down. It is down to the client themselves to ensure that a sound limiter isn’t in place because this can lead to all electricity to the party being cut if the decibel limit is reached. If a sound limiter is not checked for and inhibits the performance or the actual electricity for the power of night, unfortunately the performance will have to stop and payment will not be refunded.

How do I book?

The best way to enquire is through the booking form linked here. This way we can get all of the information required to provide a quote and check availability! Once everything is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your date via bank transfer.

What are the payment terms?

A deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder only due seven days before the event. Please see the Terms and Conditions on the invoice for payment terms in full. For events further afield, please enquire directly as terms and deposits may differ.

When will you arrive at the venue?

KriStix normally arrives one hour before the start of the first performance to allow time for loading, set up, warm up and getting into her sequins! Should you want an earlier arrival before the event takes place, please include this in your enquiry form and she will do her best to accommodate however please note that this may incur extra charges. When performing in bigger areas and microphones are required, a sound check is often best to ensure that any hiccups are ironed out before the performance starts.

How many sequinned outfits do you actually own?

The 100 milestone of sequinned outfits has been reached and the number is still rising! Just mention your colour scheme and it will be matched! Three times over!
